There were mallard ducks where I grew up, so seeing these beautiful images and those emerald green heads made me smile. The one at the very top is a masterpiece of majesty!
They are gorgeous – the color on the ducks is amazing! And I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many mallards in one place. Usually around here it’s a ton of geese and maybe one or two of those. Cool.
Gorgeous photographs. Reading through your comments, I’m surprised at how many people don’t have mallards near them. Guess I’m lucky to have grown up where they proliferate.
